SeniorLife Technologies Inc. (“SeniorLife” or “The Company” or “We”) offers healthcare service providers (“Caregivers”) a range of software, product and services (“Service”) including, but not limited to mobile app, website and web-based dashboard. The Service is used by the Caregivers to test and evaluate results of mobility health of active and frail persons (“Test Persons”).
In the process, we may collect personal information (defined in below) about the Test Persons (“User Data“) that help us improve the Service of SeniorLife. This document defines our policy and terms regarding what we information we collect, how we collect and how we store them (“SeniorLife Privacy Policy“).
If there are differences between SeniorLife Privacy Policy or SeniorLife Terms & Conditions, or any other use agreement, the SeniorLife Privacy Policy will take precedence over other terms.
Typically our customer is an entity that provides the healthcare service to the Test Persons, and employs the Caregivers (“Customer“). To that end, we collect information about our Customer and also the information about the authorized Caregiver persons to manage access to User Data.
Types of information typically include email address of the Caregiver and work location.
A Customer and/or the Caregiver is not required to collect any personal data of the Test Person prior to performing a mobility test. The results of the test data may be deleted or stored anonymously depending on the Caregiver’s choice.
As a rule, we do not collect name and address of the Test Persons as part of the User Data. Test Persons are identified by a unique ID in our system (“SeniorLife ID“). Caregivers can operate the app and other software with respect to a Test Person using SeniorLife ID.
In case, a Customer prefers to do analyze the data by Test Person and compare historical results, then the Customer needs to upload (via the web dashboard) Test Person’s zip code, height, weight, age and gender and a unique identifier used by the customer.
In some cases, a Customer may upload optional data to improve the quality of Service and get more accurate prediction. Optional data that may be uploaded are history of injury, operations and any other disease conditions.
All information of the Test Person are saved anonymized and tagged with a unique SeniorLife ID.
When a mobility diagnosis test is performed, SeniorLife generates skeletal images of video and detailed analysis of the motion of the Test Person, e.g the average step length or flexion of the knee etc. (“Test Results“)
The Customer and/or the Caregiver, at its own option, can store such Test Results with a unique SeniorLife ID assigned to a Test Persons.
This data is available to the Caregivers and the anyone else who was authorized by the Test Person to receive such data.
We use the User Data we collect from and/or about Test Persons for the business and commercial purposes set forth below.

In general, communicating with the Test User is done by the Caregiver.
If the Test Person provides the mobile phone number to us, we may ask for the consent of such Test Person to receive text message alerts from us containing product, service, event, or promotional information in a text or SMS message.
We share the User Data in different ways
SeniorLife uses a combination of administrative, technical, personnel and physical measures to safeguard User Data in its possession against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized loss, use, access, disclosure or modification. We make reasonable efforts to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk of the processing, taking into account the costs of implementation and nature of the processing of User Data. However, no one can guarantee the complete safety of your information. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please immediately notify us of the problem by contacting us as set forth in the Contact Us section below.
We use unaffiliated payment service to allow you to purchase a product or service or make payments (“Payment Service”). If you wish to purchase a product or service or make a payment, in such a case, you will be directed to a Payment Service webpage. Any information that you provide to a Payment Service will be subject to the applicable Payment Service’s privacy notice, rather than this Privacy Notice. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, any Payment Service’s use of information collected through any Payment Service.
SeniorLife Service may also be linked to sites or apps operated by third parties, and may carry advertisements or offer content, special offers, functionality or applications developed and maintained by third parties or plug-ins (“Linked Services”). These third party Linked Services may use automated means to collect information about you and your use of these features. Some of these third party sites may be co-branded with a SeniorLife logo, even though they are not operated or maintained by us.
SeniorLife is not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties, and once you leave the SeniorLife Service or click an advertisement, or sign up for a special offer, you should check the applicable third party privacy notice.
SeniorLife may periodically update this SeniorLife Privacy Policy without prior notice to reflect changes in our privacy practices and the SeniorLife Service. If we modify the SeniorLife Privacy Policy, we will update the Effective Date and the changes will become effective as of the date we post such Notice. We will notify you of any material changes by posting a prominent notice on the SeniorLife App or web dashboard indicating we have updated this Privacy Policy.
