Our Privacy Commitment
We use data to help people age smarter, but we do not want to know who they are personally. Our system is designed to identify "Individuals" using only anonymous IDs.
Data We Collect
- Identification: We identify people using a SeniorLife ID and a Test Person ID provided by the Customer. We do not collect names, phone numbers, or email addresses of Individuals.
- Activity Data: We collect video data, sensor readings, and health metrics (like age, gender, height, and weight) to provide accurate analysis.
- Broad Ingestion: We may collect data from third-party hardware, wearables, and manual inputs provided by the Customer.
Encryption & Access
- Encryption: All data related to an Individual is encrypted.
- Access: Decrypted data is only accessible to the Customer (the service provider) who is managing that Individual's care.
- Security: We use administrative and technical measures to protect data, though no system is 100% secure.
How We Use Information
- Service Delivery: To generate Care Plans, risk insights, and trend analysis for the Customer.
- Product Training: We use anonymized data to train our AI models and improve health risk predictions.
- Research: We may share de-identified, aggregated data with researchers or development partners to improve aging science.
Sharing & Consent
- Control: SeniorLife does not share data with third parties unless the Customer or Individual initiates the sharing.
- Customer Responsibility: The Customer is responsible for ensuring they have the proper consent to upload and store an Individual's data on our platform.
