We use data to help people age smarter, but we do not want to know who they are personally. Our system is designed to identify "Individuals" using only anonymous IDs.
Customers can delete a Test Person directly in the Mobility Metrics Tracker app. When a Customer deletes a Test Person in the app, the Test Person’s related information, sensor data, test data, mobility metrics, wellness insights, and reports are deleted from the active SeniorLife.AI system.
Customers may also request deletion of their account by contacting support@seniorlife.ai with the email ID associated with the account. We may use that email ID to verify the request and locate the relevant account and data. We generally process verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required for legal, regulatory, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup, audit, or compliance purposes.
Deleted data may remain temporarily in encrypted backups, audit logs, or system records until those records are overwritten or no longer needed for security, continuity, legal, or compliance purposes. We may retain de-identified, aggregated, or anonymized data that can no longer reasonably identify a Customer or Test Person, including for research, analytics, product improvement, and model training.
