Our Service

We provide software, websites, and dashboards to help healthcare and senior living providers ("Customers") evaluate the mobility and wellbeing of the people they serve ("Individuals").

Data & Devices

  • Third-Party Hardware: We may act as a channel partner to help you acquire hardware (such as room sensors or cameras) from third parties. These devices are owned and serviced by those third parties. SeniorLife is not responsible for the performance, maintenance, or service of any third-party hardware.
  • Wearables & Ingestion: Our platform may ingest data from various sources, including smartphone video, wearables, sensors, and electronic health records.

Your Responsibilities

  • Consent: As the Customer, you are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary legal consents from Individuals before using our services to collect or analyze their data.
  • Intended Use: The software is for use by authorized staff and caregivers only; it is not intended for unsupervised use by Individuals.
  • Account Safety: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Ownership & Rules

  • We own all software, logos, and intellectual property related to SeniorLife.AI.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or "scrape" any part of our service.

Legal Basics

  • Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
  • Disputes: Any disputes will be resolved through individual binding arbitration in Delaware, not in court or through class actions.
  • Liability: To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.
